We decided to do a few photo shoots over the past few weeks and we stumbled upon this unique photo. We’re showcasing our custom mirror buttons with our acetate finish. (Acetate is just a fancy word for printing onto transparency instead of your standard white paper). This gives your buttons a really unique look.

Paramore has been getting more and more popular lately. We’ve been there to keep supplying them with all there new buttons, button packs & even stickers. Below you’ll see some of the recent work we’ve been doing for them. Here is just a quick photo of the most recent 1″ button packaging job we’ve done for them.

(6) up 1″ Button Pack (single sided card)

Here is a recent button magnet job we did for Sid & Marty Kroffts Saturday Morning Hits. We were able to manufacture a 1.75″ x 2.75″ button magnet for them to hand out as promotional items. The magnets were used to promote their DVD.

With our packaging options becoming more and more popular we’ve decided to start offering more sizes to give you more options. Our newest arrangement is our new (6) up 1″ button pack. Over the past few months we’ve had the request for this pack so, we’ve finally made it happen! We also, have the capability of doing 4/4 (front and back full color printing).

This pack was for a customer of ours who really needed a 1″ button pack and we needed to come up with a way for the buttons to stay mounted on the card without glue dots or any adhesives. We were able to create a custom tab to hold the buttons in place.. making our customers ideas come true!!!

Also, instead of applying price tickets to this pack we were able to print the UPC barcode on the card helping reduce costs.

We are now getting into the fulfillment side of the business and things have been going really well. As you can see below we are now able to apply price tickets to all of our buttons (if requested & for an additional fee).

We’ve finally found an efficient and cost effective way to do this. Below you’ll see some examples of some recent orders we’ve done for the New Boyz.

We can price ticket any of our button sizes and button packs if needed.

Smaller price tickets are used for our 1″ Buttons.

Larger price tickets are used for our 1.25″ Buttons and up.

Button Size: 1.75″ x 2.75″ Oval Buttons

We’ve been working with Streetlight Manifesto for the past 4 years and they came to us with an idea to have an 8 up button pack! We told him not a problem!!! We can handle it all! The backer card size was an 8″ x 6″ card printed on our standard card stock. We then bagged each pack for him to protect them. The button size was a 1.25″ button.

I know this post is a bit behind schedule however, I really wanted to showcase the custom button packs we did for GoMedia. It was for their “Weapons of Mass Creation” event back in May. We’ve worked closely with GoMedia over the past 4 years and were thrilled when we had the opportunity to help them create their custom button pack.

Below you’ll notice (2) of the buttons have a  metallic look to them. These are what we in the “button world” call acetate buttons.  We produced (5) collectable “Weapons of Mass Creation” 1.25″ buttons and did a matching limited edition PureButtons acetate button to go along with the pack.

Great work guys! The ideas are already flowing for next years event!!

As we continue to crank out orders, we recently received a request for our largest buttons yet–6″!! Pressed for PlayAwayWorld, these 6″ buttons were part of a larger 1.25″ custom order. Kurt from PlayAwayWorld recentlysent over some pictures from their event and some kind words!

“Attached is a photo of our booth, contest winners and some of our team. We had 14 of our distribution partners outfitted with bowls of buttons. You visit their booth and get a pin. If our prize team spotted you on the floor, you were eligible to win a $1,000 Playaway collection. Apparently our contest was the buzz of the show.

We’ve been doing a lot of fulfillment orders for our button packaging jobs. Below you’ll see a few photos highlighting some of the services we are currently working on.

We completed a (4) up custom button pack with a customer header bag and included price tickets on all of the button packs. We also went ahead and bagged a group of (6) button packs and labeled each pack. After we did that we then needed to box a certain number of packs per box and put labels in specific locations.
