I just wanted to write a quick post to let everyone know that we now have some “Fully” Automated equipment!!! Our Turnaround time will be at a consistent 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, we can’t post photos of our new equipment (for obvious reasons). This should help when planning your next button runs to help avoid rush fees. Although we do understand projects come up unexpectedly so, we’ll be prepared to handle any size rush jobs!!

As I was talking about before we are now ordering blank button parts by the hundreds of thousands. We are also able to re-use about 40 boxes per week. Which helps keep our costs down and it’s better for the environment. Just another small step in making PureButtons a Green company. Stay tuned for our 100% recycled paper upgrade.

With orders coming in faster than we can say “PureButtons”. I felt that there was finally a need to start ordering all of our supplies and blank button parts in MASSIVE bulk, with that comes a new toy!!! We now order our blank button parts by the HUNDREDs of THOUSANDS (per size). Meet the newest member of the PureButtons team. (see photo below). We now are receiving two pallets of blank button parts in per week and with that, we’re able to re-use 40+ boxes per week. Just another step in helping PureButtons become a Green Company.
We finally did it! We now have our very own Custom Printed PureButtons tape. Every order that ships out of our shipping department is now equipped with our new tape and a bright orange 4″ Round PureButtons Sticker. We hope you enjoy. Be sure to check inside the box for any additional goodies. Every order that gets shipped out has something extra in it.

When PureButtons—a custom button and promotional products company—heard that we were looking to produce some eco-friendly Viv gear from recycled or discarded materials, they offered to send us thousands of buttons and magnets from a botched order they would have otherwise had to recycle. While recycling is a great option, PureButtons agreed that reuse trumps recycling, as it doesn’t require any energy or raw materials to process the old waste into a new product. In this case, all we needed was a few of our Viv stickers (which are also biodegradable), and the once rejected buttons were given a second chance at being worn.
So, thanks to PureButtons’ generous donation, we are very excited to add another item to our Viv gear collection! (all while saving valuable, raw materials for another day.)”
