Missing eGift Card Email?

When you complete an order for a PureButtons Gift Card, you are presented with a form to send the card to the recipient of your choice. Sometimes this email never makes it to the desired inbox, but fear not. We're here to help.

Top two reasons Gift Card e-mails get lost in cyberspace:

1) The email address was incorrect.
2) A spam filter blocked it.

If the Gift Card recipient did not recieve their Gift Card announcement email, you can access the purchased card in My Account > Order History. Simply download the PDF file and send it directly to your friend. This will usually get around their spam filter's automated filtering of website generated emails.

If you need the card sent to an alternate address or resent, please contact customer service and confirm your order information and we'll gladly help you.
