Great to do business with Overall great experience. The customizer screens were moving so slowly that they were not usable, but when I called, they agreed to do a complementary customized layout for us internally. I wish there were an option to order a test printing of one or 2 items without it costing so much. We placed a test order of 25 zipper pulls but were not thrilled with the way the printing laid out. We changed it and placed an order for 400 more rather than paying for another $30 test. Fingers crossed we like the 400 of them! Everyone on the phone is super friendly.
