Rim text cool but confusing The Customer Service "Chat" feature was never available while I was in the process of creating/ordering, so I ended up just using the online design tool (instead of their downloadable templates), which was really a pretty great tool. I included rim text on my design, which, according to the look of the design tool, should logically have printed with the wrapped-behind orientation I wanted, but my order showed up with it facing the opposite direction! The online instructions for rim text were not clear and the online proof they showed me had it facing the "correct" direction that I wanted. Amazing! Originally I was trying to make my own with a cheap button making machine. Too frustrating and too much waste. I contemplated buying a new, higher priced machine BUT, after finding PureButtons website, I discovered they could make my buttons for a much better price than if I did them myself! I uploaded my artwork, added a few things, used their template and it was done - couldn't have been easier! I had possession of the buttons within a week and they're perfect. My band plans on using these as promotion giveaways and for this price, it's well worth it. I'll be purchasing again from PureButtons. Definitely would give 10 stars if I could.
