Amazing Rush Job!
The organization that I work for had an event in Cleveland on a Saturday and we had an urgent need for compact mirrors with artwork. On Thursday, I was in O'Hare airport about to board my flight to Cleveland, and somewhat desperate at this point. After searching on Google and calling a few other promotions companies, I called Pure Buttons. I spoke with Nikki who was kind, professional, and courteous. We settled on the order and a quote was sent. Once I arrived in Cleveland, I received the approval to place the order. I sent the artwork and I needed one correction made to the quote and Josh quickly helped me. The ease of placing and completing the order was truly divine! We picked up the order on Friday and the mirrors were exactly what we wanted! Everyone loved them! Great all around!
I've ordered from here a few times now, and it's always been a great experience. Shipping is fast, and the product is very good quality. I wish the pocket mirrors came with a protective film, but other than that they're always packaged nicely and look great. The buttons I've ordered from here have also been excellent. Template is super easy to follow, and the pricing is good! Well worth it.

Cute little mirrors
I ordered some 2.5" mirrors as well as some 3" mirrors in two different designs. They were both really nice, and, although I liked the smaller ones best, I was out-voted by my group who liked the 3" size best. If you are purchasing mirrors for both men and women, the smaller size would fit comfortably in a pocket and I found it fits perfectly in my empty Nivea hand cream tin! I am going to change the design a bit and order more.

Buttons arrived quickly. Overall I am pleased with this product. One of the mirrors is extremely loose. Worried about breakage. As they are in packs of 25 & I haven't opened the rest as I will be passing out to my group during trip in a few weeks. I hope this is the only loose one.

Great, Inexpensive, Party Favor
I love these mirrors! They are great party favors. The 2.25" is a little small, I think 3" is a much better choice. I have ordered before. This year alone, I order 4 or 5 times. This time I tried the matte finish. Personally, I prefer the regular glossy finish better. Looks great. Feels strong and sturdy. Most definitely would recommend to my friends.

Excellent product made well and delivered quickly
I ordered mirrors with custom images and edge text made with the Customizer tool. I found it simple, even fun, to use the Customizer. The mirrors were prepared and shipped the same day I ordered. Each mirror was made well, no faults, and the photos I uploaded had good color and appeared where they had been positioned using the Customizer. As expected, the images on the mirrors were at a lower resolution than the uploaded photos, and they look great.
I will come here again when I need anything Pure Buttons sells. The service and product are excellent, the price is good too, and no problems with anything at all. I am a very happy customer.

Pocket Mirrors reflect Awesome.

Wobbly Mirror Plate
The art print on the mirror is great and was a solid test for my art prints! However, the mirror plate itself seems to be loose and hasn't been secured to the casing properly. I'm not sure if this is normal since I only bought one to try but I know no one likes a loose mirror.

OBSESSED!!!
Where do I even start? They're made in America, so foreign factory workers aren't being abused and exploited during production. The quality is ace, I ordered 25 mirrors and they all arrived in excellent condition the colors are saturated and bright, and exactly what I was expecting. I'm basically hooked for life, and designing a set of 1" buttons as I type this!

Mirrors with problems
Products in general are fantastic. Mirrors came with problems (around 10-15%) with scratches. Already communicated with the company and sent pictures so they can avoid. It seems to be a simple thing to fix, probably avoiding the contact among mirrors which seem to be the cause of scratches.
Again, I see this problem as an EXCEPTION since I never had problems with the company.

We use these in the shop for looking at the bottom of the teeth of the saw blades, to make sure they are being ground properly. We also hand them out to saw filers in the mills. We like to keep a stock on hand and these are both practical and useful. They always come out great. I am amazed I found them!

When we received our first order, we were not happy. We called the company and they said they would send us new mirrors with no questions asked. We thought that was amazing. I needed 3" individual mirrors for my reading therapy class so that students could watch their mouths move as they made sounds. I was thrilled to find that I could get custom mirrors made with our school logo perfect for both my girls and my boys. Pure Buttons provided individual communication and help with centering our design. Their service was amazing. I ordered on a Monday and received the mirrors by the end of the week. The price was very reasonable, and unlike some other services, I could order a small number of mirrors instead of having to make a minimum order far above what I needed. I paid $10 to see the artwork prior to printing. Money well spent. It allowed me the opportunity to remove a border that they were going to add. They were extremely helpful and quick. I advise anyone who isn't good with photo editing software to add the option to have the art department help before it prints. I am lacking in that department. I'm so pleased with the outcome. I was very pleased with my order of custom mirrors. I ordered 100, but there were 5 or 6 that were damaged and not useable. Other than that, the quality was excellent.
The customer service I received was outstanding! I was very impressed with how quickly emails were replied to. They did everything possible to make sure my order was correct and that I received it in time.
