The quality of the product was great. I had to call customer service for a question. I had to leave a message but got a call with an answer right away...no annoying phone tree or being on hold.

magnets came out exactly as I was hoping

Awesome service, fast delivery
Great customer service from query to delivery. Quick and efficient. Received goods within a week or so, to Australia. One suggestion is to have cheaper delivery options for international - the postage was quite expensive. I would have been happier to pay less and wait.
