Totally impressed!
It’s really too bad only 5 stars are available because I give Pure Buttons a 10! For both customer service and quality production.
The magnets are flying out of my studio and have generated a lot of interest in my art work. They are an affordable way for someone to try out my work in their home, or to give a small gift.
The quality of the magnets are amazing: very durable strong magnets that have a glossy finish. Not like thin flexible magnets that many places print that don’t actually hold anything up. They are very much a shop ready product I’m proud to add to my inventory.
And the customer service? Amazing! I submitted three design templates and the next day, Saturday, I heard from a company rep who also sent the proofs. By Sunday, the magnets went into production and within about eight days, they were delivered to my doorstep.
I will be back for more. You guys and gals rock!

I was a bit leery about what the quality of the magnets I ordered was going to be. But the quick response time about my proof and the fast production and shipment had me optimistic. All I can say is that I am extremely pleased by what arrived. The image on my magnets was absolutely perfect, not quality loss or color loss. The physical magnet is store quality and I am ecstatic about the results. Job well done!

Great Product
I recently ordered 100 customized fridge magnets. Ran into a little difficulty with the customizing template, but customer support was extremely helpful in resolving my problem. The magnets were produced and shipped promptly and I was more than happy when I received them. One of the designs was selling so rapidly, I had to reorder in about a week. I'm about to design 2 more & am sure I will continue to be a customer for some time to come.

Exceeded expectation
I don't usually write reviews, but I am so happy with my order, I had to let you know. In cahoots with my mother-in-law, we ordered magnets as party favors for her 95th birthday. The template was easy to use, the customer service people answered my questions quickly, and the order arrived within about 3 working days. The quality is great and my mother-in-law is thrilled!

Fast and Exactly as Ordered!
I have been ordering custom magnets from another company for a few years and have had repeated issues with them, from accidentally cancelled orders to very delayed processing. PureButtons shipped my order within 24 hours of me placing it, and the product was perfect! I could not be more pleased and will keep coming back for my custom magnet orders!!

Unexpected Shipping Fees Due to Production Delays
The PureButtons team was great to work with and the product turned out very nice. My only issue was with the timing.
We were told the items would ship on Friday, May 29, but were then told the following Monday, June 1, that there was "a delay in production" but that there "won't be any problem receiving these by Thursday (June 4)."
The items finally shipped on Tuesday, June 2 but we had to pay $540 for them to arrive by Friday, June 5. Otherwise, they would've arrived on Monday, June 8 the day AFTER we had to pass out 8,000 magnets.
I was on vacation so my assistant had to make the call to pay the unexpected extra fee that only had to happen because PureButtons had a delay in production. Based on their own word up front, everything was ordered on time and no extra fees for shipping should have been required.
