Hello! thanks for the review! You can reorder any single item under My Account > Order History. Click "Details" on the order with the item you want to reorder. On the line item there is a "quick reorder link" you can click to add the item to your cart.
You can also select multiple line items with the checkboxes and use the blue button titled "reorder selected" on the bottom of the items list.

Great!
I designed and ordered 3 colors of these for my ballroom dance team, so that people can identify themselves as leads and follows. The designer tool was a little hard to work with, but I figured it out. They came super fast and were lovely! All clear, well-made, and sturdy. They came with their pins open, so don't jam your hand into the bag!

Exactly what I needed!

I can't believe it was that easy
I created 23 custom buttons for a church youth summer camp. I can't believe how easy and affordable it was to use the site. My campers loved and were very motivated to earn each button. Will be ordering again in the future whenever a button worthy event is happening.

What about incentives. Discount on future order or discount for multiple buttons in same order or discount shipping with multiple orders to same address when ordered at the same time. Only seems fair. Last order I ordered 2 buttons at the same time hoping there would at least be a shipping discount. No such luck.

quick but,,,
it was really quick, and the printing quality was OK, BUT the pin direction is all over the place. It would work the best if your design is non-directional. But mine had to be one way, so the pin in the back is straight across, up & down, diagonal, etc etc etc. It's a bit pain in the butt to pin them if you want the design to show straight.

Hello! Thanks for ordering :-) Our 1" Round Buttons feature a free-floating pin back. This is the only button size we offer that has this feature. What you can do is pin it how you like, then twist the button face into position. Hope this helps! Sorry for any confusion.

Better than imagined
I uploaded an image, sent them some money and a week later I had the buttons. I would have ordered more if I could have seen the digital proof for free, not getting an example had me scared my image would be too big or to small. It turned out PERFECT. I opted for the matte just to be different, I recommend it gives it a premium look

We wanted to order buttons for a specific event. The event that these buttons were for, had built-in price constraints (max amount that can be spent) and there was time constraint as well. On the online order form, I had no way of knowing how many days it would take for the order to be received.
So I talked to the sales person Josh H (there are two Josh's in there. Josh H is the guy in sales). He listened to my problem and solved ALL my problems in 10 minutes (literally!!). He understood the time constraints and he went and checked on the orders on the production floor himself and worked with me all through to make sure that the design was the way I wanted it to be. We ordered the buttons!! He assured me, and sure enough I got the buttons on the 2nd day!
I called him myself to thank him after all my orders were received. Kudos to the excellent customer and sales support team.

When it was determined that the package was lost in limbo and I was on a time constraint, Pure Buttons re-processed the order and shipped it via UPS at no cost.

1" Matte Buttons are AWESOME
I wanted a way to recognize high school students for volunteering with our academy programming & came up with these...to pin on a lanyard & add stickers as they continue to work. I sent the image & purn button sized & centered PERFECTLY. The colors are great and they kept me from making a mistake small font on one of the buttons. On some of our buttons the plastic didn't attach properly and on others the pin back was not attached. Possibly could reattach the back with some pliers. Thankfully we had extras. All in all though we were pleased with quality, logo printed well, price is great & shipping time was impressive. Wouldn't hesitate to use again just would make sure to over order by a few

Great quality printed button image and button. I was a little disappointed because more than half of our order was printed noticeably off center. I noticed this in the proof and had them fix it, but it still didn't make a difference. I'd be hesitant to order again if the image was dependent on being perfectly center.

Also the customer support team when calling in or by email was really responsive. They made sure to let me know if my pdf file wasn't coming through before sending it to print. I ordered 1 inch buttons that arrived within 5 days of me placing the order, so the company delivers on their promise for a production time of 1-3 days, what I wasn't expecting was to get the shipment so quickly - 2 days after that! Nice work! Also, the quality of the product is great, the price is even better (most other sites were 1.5 -2 x the cost) and the flexibility in design creation is excellent. They also have design templates too, although I didn't use any of them. I will definitely purchase more products!

Off centered
This was my second time ordering from Pure Buttons and loved the experience forst time around. I had ordered a restock and round 90% of the buttons were off centered and not in sellable condition. Pure Buttons created and shipped my buttons quickly, but quality check certainly needs to be in affect.

I have reviewed your order to see if we could determine the issue here.
I am attaching a digital proof so you can view it along with everyone else because it is a prime example of why we have a safety zone on our templates. Your design has a pattern that extends beyond the safety zone to the very edge of the button. When we do this there is always a chance for the artwork to look off center more than it actually is. When these are pressed, the tolerances are pretty tight. However, there is always a chance for a tiny bit of shift and this is more than likely what you are seeing.
We would like to extend an option to reprint on us, but we would need to remove some of the dots outside of the safety zone. Send us an email to info@purebuttons.com if you would be interested.

Very responsive company and overall very happy with the products we received. We did 6 buttons. 5 were perfect. On one the color shifted from denim blue to a purple color (a competitor's color) and were unusable. Company was very reasonable in offering to split the cost of reprinting them. Ultimately we decided rather than spend more money we would live with just using the 5 buttons.

My daughter needed 50 1" buttons for a school business campaign. She was a little short on time, and also on a budget. After a bit of searching online, this site was far less expensive for both the product and fast production/shipping times. I used one of your templates with the customizer to change the colors and add my own text and they turned out great! The colors were a bit more muted than shown on the screen (even though I used an online CMYK converter to input the color codes), but it does mention that on your site so I figured they might be. Regardless, they looked fantastic and got here super fast!! I did request the 1 day production time, but ordered after the cutoff for that day and they still got done and shipped the next morning (a day early)! So that was well worth the small fee I paid. I highly recommend USPS Priority Mail over UPS after reading other comments online here and other sites regarding which is faster. I live in Utah and got them Thursday, and had just

I was looking to order a few custom 1" buttons for the band im in just for something fun and free to give to people. I didnt think they would look as good as they do under all the default print type (matte, glossed, etc) but holy moly. They're really really well done and look amazing. I spent 5 minutes on line chatting live with a customer service associate asking questions which were simply answered and got all the info I needed to place my order. Order was place on Sunday via email. I was told it would take 5 days shipping to my location. After exchanging a few emails to tweak and confirm artwork my job was approved on Tuesday. LOVE these little buggers!
Pure Buttons have made me a believer in ordering some fancy custom buttons. The buttons came out crisp and clear, I was really pleased with how readable everything was, from the images to the words, and how it felt good in the hand; I got the standard gloss button, I'll try the matte ones next.

Digital "proof" issues
Although the buttons look nicely finished, the text on the proof is upside down compared with the final product. I didn't notice the "fine print" on the proof informing me of this before my buttons arrived. If you charge money for a digital proof for customers to see what their final design will look like, it doesn't make sense to me that the proof doesn't show the text in the correct direction. Why not update your template so customers won't be surprised when their buttons arrive?

Great Product but Expensive to Ship
Really loved the buttons! They're adorable and have received lots of compliments on them. For anyone looking to order buttons *who has a US shipping address*, I would highly recommend. My only complaint (and is mistake on my end) is that I was charged a duty and brokerage fee, on top of the shipping fee.
I have never experienced this kind of charge before in the 10 years I've been ordering things from the US to my home in Canada (which is directly across the border from Detroit). It would have been cheaper for me to actually go to Ohio and pick them up in person.
When I contacted customer service, I did not have a good experience with the person I spoke with, and I would have expected at least a 'sorry for the inconvenience', which was not offered. It was definitely my fault for not looking more closely at the Shipping Details part of the checkout, but was still unimpressed with the customer service. So be careful, fellow Canadians!

These buttons sold so well - everyone loves them! The print quality is beautiful. My only concern is that some of the buttons had non-functional backs - either the 'latch' was too long to close, or was stuck in the closed position. I had a few customers return them to me to exchange them out for other ones. I really hope that no one got home and was disappointed in finding that their button didn't work!!

Immediately after I placed my order, I had a change of heart. I ordered 1" buttons and wanted to go larger. When my digital proof arrived, I responded to ask it it was possible to make this change, and the art person immediately forwarded my request to the sales department, who wasted no time at all and sent me an invoice for the price difference.

Loving the Matte Finish
First off I have to say I love the matte finish. It photographs very well. The people I have given them to love the velvety satin touch.
The only reason I can't give this a 5-star rating is the pinning mechanism can pop out of the button itself. A couple of people have informed me of this. I will be looking into what custom button size has the backing that prevents the pin portion from popping out.

I spent a fair amount of time searching online for a custom button maker that offered smaller quantities (25 or fewer) without charging an arm and a leg for set up. After a lot of shopping around and comparing companies a few years ago, I chose Pure Buttons and have never been disappointed. They have the best prices (I took S/H into consideration), a great selection of products, quick turn-around and, best of all, stellar customer service. My last order, for 7 different items, was placed late Sunday night, in production on Monday (even after a glitch on artwork that I needed to re-submit...my fault, not theirs!), shipped on Tuesday, and was on my doorstep the following Monday. Pure Fantastic Buttons!
I shopped around a bit online, reading reviews before deciding to try Pure Buttons. Years ago I had 5,000 buttons made (I can't remember the company name), and though the quality was good, the glossy surface caused reflections that sometimes made the button impossible to see. That is not the case with these! Although they're vibrant and glossy, reflections do not obliterate the image. I also wanted to make a very thin line of color around the edge, and their alignment is right on!
The next time around I will slightly increase the size of the text in the space provided on the edge and give it more contrast. It's readable, but people may not find it if they don't know to look for it. That was my faultI was playing it super safe in case there were slight alignment issues.
Very happy with these buttons!

Terrifyingly fast.
When I placed my order at 11:30 pm, I could not have even anticipated waking up to an email at 8:00 am telling me that my order was on its way. My initial reaction was that they must have seen this coming. Did they know my every move before I made it? Were they watching me?
Two days later, I snuck out to my mailbox, looking over my shoulder with every step. I could feel Purebutton's eyes on me as I gingerly reached into the dark mail receptacle expecting the worst. to my surprise, there were no traps. No poison needles, no barbed mouse traps, no tarantulas or snakes. They were just buttons. And the quality was astounding.

There really isn't much to say. I got 50 2 inch buttons for 15 dollars including tax. That's a great deal, and even more surprising is the quality of a button that cost so little. Something that was really cool was that my original picture was done from a drawing, so the coloring was a little spotty, but when I got the product it came in solid coloring, better than the original drawing as a matter of fact. Anywho, great service, great price, speedy shipping. I'm definitely going to recommend it to my friends and buy again.

Was a bit disappointed with my order when it arrived. I had set up the graphic wrong according to the template, so part of my design that I really wanted to be seen, was cut off. I blame the template not be real clear as to what gets printed and what doesn't. Comparing a printed button to my final graphic, I can clearly see what I did wrong-now I'm stuck with 100 mistakes-ugh! Other than that the printing was fine.

The pictures on the buttons turned out great with a nice finish. I picked the cheapest options for the finish and did not pay for the extra help with the art on the buttons, but I was still really happy with the results. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that I think the clasp on the back of the buttons could be a little more secure, but so far none have fallen off (I keep them on a lanyard).

fast turnaround, good quality - but I wish they wouldn't email me afterward
My buttons were shipped out the next day and arrived within a week or so after, so it was a very quick turnaround and I have no complaints about the quality.
I do wish they wouldn't have given my email and info to so many companies (partner co.s?) afterwardI know I agreed to whatever when I submitted my order, and having to then unsubscribe to purebuttons' promotional emails is one thing, but then I started getting emails from a similar partner company (and who knows what else in the future) so I did NOT appreciate that. I know email is the modern reality, but I still expect companies to exercise a certain amount of integrity.

First Time Order
I went online to order 1" buttons for the first time. The design template was easy to use with Photo Shop. I could not figure out how to order buttons online with my designs so I called. They sent me everything I needed to make a smooth and easy order. I got the buttons in three days. Everything was in perfect order with a couple extra buttons included per button design. I like the way the 1" button rotates on the pin so you can attach the pin to the material and rotate the button to level the words.

I designed some buttons to promote an animation project; at first I was a little skeptical at how they would look because the uploaded files where distorted. However, after working with Joshua in the Art Department, he was able to ensure that my buttons came out perfect. I am pleased with the final result. Awesome and Affordable Pins!
I am a safety manager for Lowe's Home Improvement and I recently ordered a total of 500 pins from this site. I found the site on google and thought it was worth a try, it sure was! I do admit that my first order was a mistake so be careful when reading the sizing/shape details of the pin. I called the company and admitted my mistake and was told that the pins were not refundable..BUT amazing service was given by an employee named Josh who placed my second order and got the pins to me within 3 business days. We did 5 different designs of the 1" buttons and used them to hand out at the end of each session as attendees completed knowledge checks. No Frills, Expectations Fulfilled
Being that A Very Loud Death is a brand new band, and thus has limited money, we have to be pretty careful when choosing which companies to deal with so we don't get burned.
We ordered a set of 1" custom buttons with standard shipping, and were amazed at a) price b) the quality for that price and c) the turnaround that PureButtons offered.
This company is great. What you see is truly what you get. The site is easy to navigate, the templates easy to read, and the customer service is wonderful. Timely, Accurate, Friendly. Why Go Elsewhere?
As a graphic designer, I am very particular about how my design looks on print deliverables. There is nothing worse than the sinking feeling you get when an order comes in and something (color, alignment, etc) is wrong. Conversely there is nothing better than the feeling of receiving a product that looks exactly as you designed it to look.
If you want the latter, and not the former, for your band or brand... go with Pure Buttons. I know I will the next time I need buttons.

They're okay for the price.
I got 50 one inch round buttons for a promotional piece of mine. On some of them, the design is off center. I didn't think to flip the text on the part of the rim so it would read in one direction, so some of the text is upside down which is my own fault but I find having to pay $10 for 'help & proof' is a little ridiculous.

It may have been the finish I went with or something outside my controlhowever I ordered buttons through three companies for promotional items for my booth at a local convention. Out of the three, Pure Buttons was the best price, however the quality was lower than the others. The image I used was very bright and full of bold colorswhich was seen on the other prints, but not the product from Pure Buttons. I am able to adjust the image to be even more vibrant if I choose to order more. It was just a lot more dull than the other companies product, but the file was the same image.

Affordable price, colors a little off
The price to have buttons made were very affordable. Likewise, the turnaround time was fast. When my buttons arrived the brown was a darker tone than in the image I provided, which reduced the level of contrast. However, I'd still purchase through Pure Buttons again, just keeping in mind that colors will vary.

Great buttons, a little disappointed with customer service
I needed buttons over the thanksgiving holiday weekend, and I put a rush order in. The website stated they would arrive on Wednesday, but I never received tracking information. I called them on Tuesday, trying to get the order shipped to a different place. I left a message that day and nobody calls me back. When I called them on Wednesday, they told me they had shipped the buttons that morning and it was "out of their hands." Long story short, if they had returned my phone call on Tuesday I would have been able to have them shipped to my event. I had to order another batch of buttons. They reduced the price but now I'm stuck with 100 buttons I don't actually need. The good news, is that the buttons look great. I will probably buy from them again, and in hindsight I know I should have ordered them earlier, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. I just was a little disappointed in the fact that one unreturned phone call could have saved me $30.

Good, fast, and affordable
It is so hard to find a good button/badge maker out there that doesn't gouge on set-up, require high minimums, etc. If you do the research, it just makes you crazy. I keep coming back to PureButtons, though. Not perfect, but if you know what you want and have decent artwork, they will make it look great. The quality is there, and so is the customer service. They are quite fast, and shipping is reasonable. They are definitely my go-to for buttons now.

Best customer service EVER! Two designs made for 1" button for my son's bday party, received them in less than a week and they looked AMAZING! One of the designs printed backwards on a handful of buttons, contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement batch immediately, called them on a Fri and got the replacements on a Wednesday...just in time for the party. Templates are very easy to use and my designs printed exactly how i wanted. Will definitely use them again and I'll be HIGHLY recommending! PS> someone mentioned that the rim printing doesn't show up well on the 1", but my rim printing came out great and totally legible. Love PureButtons!

This was my first order, and I'll be back. The buttons were done pristinely, timely, and for a reasonable price. I can't really say much more than the fact that they do a really nice job. Period. The 1" button is also a great size because it is subtle, and can be used as a pin on a shirt or a backpack - without looking hokey or dumb.

I love love love these buttons! My only constructive criticism would be that the pin back does not seem long enough and that they could fall off. Other then that though the quality is really nice and it's a great buy for the price. They were also really easy to custom do myself. I will order again soon!

I placed an order for 2900 1" buttons spread across 60 designs. Pure Buttons was able to processed my order within the same week and was in my hands by the following week - basically I had my buttons in 7 days. The buttons were high quality and my artwork absolutely shined! Each one of my designs were also separated into separate bags which made things a lot easier for me to sort.
Their customer service is very friendly and feels like they take the time to interact with you over the phone while getting all the necessary information. Very happy with Pure Button's service and plan to do business with them in the near future!

The buttons are well made, but I didn't realize my book covers wouldn't show up on a 1" button even though they looked fine on the proofs. So I paid $70.76 for 200 useless buttons that I'll have to pitch out. Buttons were a bad idea.

I'm very happy with the level of service and the quality of the buttons. I will definitely order again. My only minor quibble is that the website's description of rim text didn't say that the text wouldn't be legible on 1-inch buttons because the text would be tiny. Not that big of deal, however.

I ordered my round buttons with a square picture on them. In the blank spot for notes I requested a black or red background so the edges would disappear. I am glad I paid the extra fee for help with that, as the response was quick and the buttons turned out just as I envisioned!

We ordered 250 1" buttons to include with CDs and other band merch, and we're more than happy with how they came out! The design is super clear (we were a little worried because we uploaded a .jpg rather than a vector image) and the buttons were delivered in about three days. Awesome Job on a short Deadline.
Josh and the Pure Button team did a great job in 24 hrs. I wanted buttons to send to a memorial service for a friend. I talked to Josh on a Friday afternoon and before noon on Saturday they were able to produce and ship 250 buttons to Atlanta GA for the memorial. Then on Monday I ordered 1000 more which we're delivered by Wednesday! If you want high quality American Made buttons this is the go to place. I will be ordering more from them soon.

"Just ok"
-Site was non-friendly for those who use non-photoshop/painter image programs for the templates.
-When emailed to ask questions, customer support wouldn't really answer them, and just told me to buy the proofing service.
-Purchased 4 types of buttons, during transport the bags ripped open and I spent my next day sorting around 2000 buttons into piles.
Not really impressed. Probably will not continue to use.

Not only were these pinback buttons great quality with the good "punk rock" pins in back (not those jingly ones!)...but I literally ordered them with regular shipping and had them in one day!!!
