Wow! Finally something that’s inexpensive AND good quality! Amazing Customer Service I placed an order for 150 custom 3 in for a funeral at 12pm on Tuesday. Later that evening I realized I needed an additional 150 more. The reorder option made it extremely easy already having the image on file with out having to create a new one from scratch. However I was worried because I needed the buttons to arrive on the same day as the previous order. I placed the order after 11pm Tuesday night and selected the 1 day rush processing and next day air shipping as I did for the previous order. I called that morning to confirm a delivery date and even tho I submitted the order extremely late they assure that it would be processed and shipped out on that day. Good Quality...but check your order! We ordered 250 buttons. When we oepend the box, we had a handful we immediately saw were no good. After complaining, we were told it is normal to have some turn out that way so they put extra with each order. We counted how many usable ones we had and it was only 245. They were happy to complete our order and ship us the missing buttons we paid for. However, would have been nice to not have to worry or count. If volume ordered had been much more it would have been a much bigger pain to count. Don't feel like we should need to do that to get what we pay for. The goal of the campaign is to get people to stop using single use plastic straws for 30 days and to get restaurants to reduce the amount they use. Customer Photo Awesome! My friends and I decided to do a group costume for Halloween and I realized that custom buttons would totally make the outfit. So I went online and found Pure Buttons and began the designing process. It was so easy! I was worried that the buttons wouldn't arrive in time (I ordered on a Thursday the week before Halloween), but much to my surprise the buttons were printed and shipped in ONE DAY, and arrived just a few days later- in plenty of time for Halloween! Also, I ordered 25 buttons but saw that they put in 26 - I later found out that this was because one was slightly flawed, so they threw in an extra. I had a design question when I noticed an after the fact template issue with my design and they sent me a mock to assure me it would print just fine (and it did!). Buttons Arrived in Time We ordered our buttons as a last-minute decision prior to a Conference event. We went for a basic, plain style with two words on a red background. The buttons were large enough to read clearly from a distance. (3" size) The red was a deep red color - almost like blood - with a lighter inner core. Highly eye-catching. These guys are THE. BEST. My company handles travel and hospitality for major sporting events and usually has little to no time to plan an execute an event.
