Great Product and Service
It was my first time buying a custom magnet online and I had an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
The web tool to upload a picture and customize the magnet is very easy to use with enough features to materialize the idea. Then, payment and shipping processes were frictionless and ultimately the final product looked great, high-quality. Congratulations!

Not what i expected
The design I created came out right. the quality is nice. We were however upset that the magnet was not the same as most fridge magnets it is bulkier than expected and the magnet not quite as strong. over all if it had been the right type we would love it. I was misunderstood so with that comes a little disappointment. we will be ordering the correct style else where but these will work for now

Quality Product Quick Service...
I received a quality product within days of placing my order. I order a small batch (50) of custom fridge magnets. They were printed within one day of the order and shipped in two. I couldn’t believe how fast they were.
And their website was so easy to use. Being able to design my magnet directly rather than having to email the company back and forth made the process so much less stressful.

Great product
I ordered two 3" customized, personalized magnets and once I uploaded the pictures, the process was in motion. I had the magnets within days and can't wait to give them as gifts. I have no doubt they will be a big hit with the two people who will now have their pics on the refrigerator.

Fridge Magnets were great!
I ordered 3-inch fridge magnets, and was very happy with the process & result the web site helped upload my image with the correct dimensions, and the final product is a nice, sturdy fridge magnet looks and feels like a round 'button', glossy finish, with a strong magnet on the back. I have ordered other fridge magnets that were very thin and easily damaged on the surface of the image, and these are much, much better.

Weaker Magnets Are Now Used
My first order of fridge magnets from Pure Buttons was almost two years ago. The magnets I received at that time were awesome and super strong. I just ordered another set and the magnets that are used now are significantly thinner and weaker than my first order. They still look great and hopefully will work fine on a cruise stateroom door.

Better than Expected
These magnets were more than we could have hoped for. While we were expecting flat car style magnets, the ones we received were heavy duty and high impact. They will be a great way to advertise our event now, and they will last for future promotions.

Fridge buttons
The magnets were awesome and by far the best ones at the event. My only regret is that I paid extra for help from the art department and they were zero help.. I would totally order again from you but would definitely not pay extra for help from the art department.

Professional, High quality magnets
My company has purchased items from Pure Buttons in the past, and we've always been incredibly happy with the results, but this magnet is definitely my new favorite piece of swag! It's a really high quality product, and I'm thrilled with how all of the colors printed out. And, per usual, Pure Buttons was incredibly easy to work with. I highly recommend this product!

Love my fridge magnets!
I found the idea on etsy to use as a party favor. The etsy person wanted over $3 per magnet. Found this company online and they had a terrific job and bought the magnets for $0.77 each! They created the art work for me and let me do several edits. Magnets arrived very quickly. If I need any items in the future, I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others!

Reliably great products and service
I've ordered from Pure Buttons a handful of times now, and my experiences have all been very positive. If you have questions, you can call and get advice from them. They'll even let you know if you don't really need an additional service (i.e. expedited shipping). The products I've ordered have come on time (or earlier than the estimate), were packaged well and looked great. Plus, my orders are saved, so reordering couldn't be more simple. Now that they've lowered the minimum number you can purchase, I have no reason to order promotional / gift items from anywhere other than Pure Buttons!

Pleased with service and product
This is a great quality magnet for the price. It is well made and has a powerful magnet. I was glad I paid the $10 to preview my magnet. I needed to submit a higher resolution picture. The staff was great with feedback and willingness to help me. The magnets arrived in about a week's time without asking for express shipping.

Very nice
I was very satisfied with my experience and the magnets were great. I decided to purchase the proof, and I'm glad I did because the original design I submitted was off just a bit and wouldn't have been up to my standards. But with the proof, I received a quick response and was able to make a small adjustment so the design fit perfectly. Thanks!

Great Magnets
I ordered these magnets as prizes for a show that I host. My proofs for the magnets came back almost immediately after I placed the order. By the end of the same day my order had been processed and was being shipped. Within a couple of days I received the magnets and they were exactly as I ordered.
