You definitely take a risk every time you order a custom product in a large quantity without a physical proof. Happy to say, in this case, the risk was totally worth it. I've ordered thousands of buttons from Pure Buttons. The quality is always high, but more importantly they have the best customer service. I'm worried that you think I mean they have "really good" customer service. I don't. I mean THE BEST. I've had buttons printed for pick up 12 hours later. I've had buttons printed and shipped so I receive them 30 hours later. I've had buttons where there was a problem with the design, which they caught and allowed me to fix. They're careful, fast, and deliver high quality goods. It doesn't get better than that.
