Great product, great customer service
Long story short, Pure Buttons is great. I ordered 100 buttons for a fundraiser that I needed on a Tuesday. They came quickly however there was an error on the image. I called them on a Monday and they overnighted the corrected buttons in time for my Tuesday meeting. No company is perfect but few companies do the right thing by you these days and that is very much appreciated. I will DEFINITELY use Pure Buttons again and all the buttons were sold.

This is our fourth order of the same design. I forgot to include the free shipping code and figured, oh well, my fault. But I wrote to customer support, and when I checked my credit card bill it had been credited! That is great customer service.
The response time for questions/issues is always speedy.
