Fridge Magnets I love the way our magnets turned out. My one complaint is that your artwork instructions were unclear. They did not state that I could send my art in PDF format - which all printers, etc. accept. So, I struggled to figure out how I could submit graphics without having the design software mentioned. I finally called and was told that I could, in fact, send a PDF. In addition, the rep mentioned that it was preferable to upload art rather than use your design tool. That wasn't mentioned on your site either. Clarifying this stuff and streamlining the process would be helpful. Thanks! Posted:

I apologize for any confusion that this may have caused you during the order process. We have two options for uploading/creating artwork. 

Customizer 

The customizer is geared towards the customer who needs to edit their file. This tool allows you to design your own button online by adding images, text, background colors etc. 

Upload File

This route is geared towards the person who has used our template to design offline. This allows you to upload artwork that has been fitted to our template in various file types which include PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, TIFF etc.

We have added some verbiage on the artwork page to help clear up any uncertainties
