I am impressed with the product AND customer service! Four members of my family are attending the ceremonies in Normandy, France, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day, and I wanted some buttons to honor our relatives who were at Omaha Beach on that fateful day. Very pleased! It took me a little while to figure out how to use the system when creating my button but once I got the hang of it - it was pretty easy. Shipping was fast and free because of the order amount. More packaging between items for better protection might be good to add. Otherwise everything is great!
