Great to do business with Overall great experience. The customizer screens were moving so slowly that they were not usable, but when I called, they agreed to do a complementary customized layout for us internally. I wish there were an option to order a test printing of one or 2 items without it costing so much. We placed a test order of 25 zipper pulls but were not thrilled with the way the printing laid out. We changed it and placed an order for 400 more rather than paying for another $30 test. Fingers crossed we like the 400 of them! Everyone on the phone is super friendly. Posted: 3/22/2019

Customer Photo Keep anything you want show inside the safety zone. I got my zipper pulls and was disappointed. They look fine and will work, but there's no border. I used the template provided by PureButtons and left, what I thought was, a border. It was disappointing that I followed the instructions and still didn't get the end result I was looking for. I let them know and was told that everything you want visible on the front needs to be in the safety zone. On the template it only says to keep important readable text in that area. Although we did have to explain what they were at first, the attendees loved the zipper pulls. Many of them even told us they plan to use them on their keychains instead which seems like a great second use! Good quality product that seems sturdy and the colors are bright.
