Local Customer Pickup

1. Approach Locker & Tap Screen Your order can be picked up 24/7 at our safe, well-lit order pickup locker on the West side of the building.
Tap the screen to begin.

2. Scan UPC Barcode We will email and text you a UPC barcode when your order is ready for pickup. Alternatively, your code can be entered on the touch screen keypad. Scan your code.

3. Retrieve Package & Close Door The door will automatically open. Please collect your package and close the door when you're done. There is an option on screen to open the door again if you need to.

About Local Pickup

Pure Buttons headquarters is located at 2991 Interstate Parkway, Brunswick OH 44212.

If you are located in Ohio, you will get a free 24/7 "local pickup" option when choosing shipping.

When you arrive at our facility you will see signage and the package locker on the west side of our building. The first two parking spaces are reserved for customers.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will be emailed and texted a UPC code to scan at the locker. See instructions above.

Pickup Time Limit

If your order is not collected from the pickup box within 9 calendar days, we may pull the order and place it at our reception desk for reception hours pickup. We will send another e-mail to update you on the status and location of your order.

Not provided a UPC code?

If you did not receive the automated e-mail or text message with your access code, please contact customer service and we can send you the code for your locker.
