We try to get all orders manufactured and shipped within 3 business days, but sometimes production can be delayed by a variety of circumstances. If you need your order in-hand on a specific date, we offer (3) types of rush service which guarantee your production time.
Rush pricing is affected by seasonal production capacity. Below are the rush speeds we offer:
1 day production: 300% rush fee + shipping
2 day production: 200% rush fee + shipping
3 day production: 100% rush fee + shipping
You will want to coordinate your rush option along with express shipping to guarantee an in-hand date. Include your in-hands date in the cart notes field and double check with customer service before ordering for best results.
Large rush orders may be physically impossible to produce in the timeframe desired. If you need a lot of product fast (10K+ units), reach out to customer service before ordering so we can help you get as much custom product as quickly as possible.
