I will work with this company again. I sent an image in for feedback prior to making an order. They quickly responded with what changes they recommended. Fantastic customer service and great end product
I accidentally used a 2.25 inch template instead of the 2.5 inch, and was contacted immediately by a PureButtons designer who noticed this little detail. They easily could have just ignored my mistake and printed anyway, but instead took the time to get in touch and help me fix it. The buttons turned out great. I ordered them on a whim because of the discount promotion, but they were such a hit with staff and customers that I'll probably be back for more soon. I'm seriously impressed - thank you so much!!

This is the third time I've ordered with Pure Buttons. The first time I had never done it before. Their design page made it so easy, I didn't have any problem with it. I reordered more of those and the quality was the same. The second time I ordered a different design, with the same great results! Also, most of the competitor company's campaign buttons that I used to order would fall off easily. These STAY ON. So happy with them!

I've been ordering buttons from PureButtons for approx. 5 years now. I've always been satisfied with the quality of the product and service. Recently the color of buttons I ordered was off, and they made a new batch without hesitation.
One enhancement I'd like to see is shorter guaranteed production times (without the steep extra fees). They usually beat the standard production window, but it would be nice to have it guaranteed.

We ordered these buttons from Pure Buttons after doing much research and finding they were the most affordable option and we were NOT disappointed! One piece of feedback is I do wish they had more clip art and font options in their button designer, as we ended up having to create the image on photoshop and uploading it onto the customizer. After that, though, our order was produced and delivered quickly and the quality was great. Well worth it and would certainly purchase again!

My buttons were produced and mailed in a very timely manner. Upon receiving my buttons, I found they were the incorrect color. I called customer service and was immediately told they would remake the buttons at no charge. In less than a week I had my buttons and they were the correct color. Met all of our needs in a tight timeline
Pure Buttons did an excellent job with our buttons. We needed to receive our buttons within a reach of actually reaching out to them, and they handled the quick turnaround with ease. They helped us design our button, taking feedback and quickly incorporating it, and then quickly shipped our buttons with proper packaging so that they wouldn't get damaged. EXTREMELY HAPPY
I live outside of the United States and had a deadline of 5 days from the time I ordered. It had to reach a destination within the US in order to make it in time to leave the country. I first went to set up the account and they didn't have my country in the drop down menu. I called and Josh added my country while we were on the phone.
I designed the button, downloaded the template (which was very well thought out), uploaded the final design and Voila! The buttons reached the US destination with a day to spare. Even though it was a rush job to me, I wasn't made to feel rushed or panicked and was assured it would reach in ample time and without added shipping costs (which I truly appreciate).

Printing is a little bit scary to me; to translate to a physical medium what has been a bumpy ride of changes, approvals, and a final go, could become a total mess if something goes wrong. The digital proof of purebuttons let me get closer to my vision, and this was the case for this particular job; it allowed me to make some subtle adjustments to the color palette and density of my layers, to achieve a perfect result! We've been using PureButtons for 3 years now for the Camden Comic Con at Rutgers University-Camden. Each year they outdo themselves. The first year we gave them a very short amount of time, and they were able to have it shipped to us and they've looked phenomenal each year. This year, one of our staff members remarked how her pin made it through the wash without and damage whatsoever (not the dryer however). The build quality is fantastic. Okay so we're all super busy and it's hard to find time to review things like this, but you guys were SOOOO amazing! I threw a surprise 30th bday brewery bus tour for my friend, with 20 of his closest friends. It was like wrangling drunk cats. And this was BEFORE the damn thing even started.
I gave another one of my friends your website to fill out the button template with a ridiculous pic of the bday boy. He said the template was easy and awesome! He sent it to me for the order, and I added a proof and both rush processing and delivery. Your proof came quickly, and when I mentioned that I was in a bit of a rush, your staff enthusiastically stated that you would "make it happen." It made my stressy little heart happy :)

I ordered 2.5" clothing magnet buttons on a Monday and they were delivered two days later. I am a graphic designer and had the artwork all set up and ready to send. The easy button templates helped me make sure everything was where it needed to be as far as bleed and making sure no text would get cut off. The final product looked great! I've ordered 3 rounds of buttons for our campaign now, and am still impressed by the useful templates, the ease of ordering, the quality of the buttons and how few "clinkers" there are. Out of the 1,000s we've ordered so far, I've only found 3 - yes 3! - that were slightly off, only one of those 3 unusable. If you've not had experience with buttons before, that's an unheardof low rate of clinkers.
Plus, the color rendition on the printing is excellent. You can't go wrong with these guys!

I wanted some buttons made to hand out as part of my cosplay/for contact info and they turned out perfectly! I ordered 100 of the 2.5" round buttons and the color and quality is top notch better than I was hoping. The pins themselves are good quality also, and don't seem like they'll open way too easily. I put my contact info on the side of the buttons, and while the text is small it's still perfectly readable and crisp. They arrived in good condition and aren't scratched or damaged. Glad I went with you guys instead of a couple others I was researching. The prices are the best here, and reasonable. I'm very satisfied!
